Programs We Run Every Year
History @ Lunch
A midday series that brings Harrison County history to adults through speakers, stories, and genuine conversation. No prior history knowledge required, just an interest in knowing where you come from.
Summer History Day Camp
A half-day camp for kids that turns local history into something they actually want to show up for. Professional educators lead the week, and students leave with more than they expected.
Teacher Workshops
A free annual workshop that helps teachers see the museum as a real classroom resource. Built around TEKS, and worth the time, every year.
Stay in the Loop
Follow the museum on Facebook for announcements, event reminders,
historical photographs from the collection, and stories you probably didn’t
know about Harrison County. We post on YouTube too, where you can find
recorded interviews and exhibit footage.
